Zoe Bee Beauty is an artisanal skincare line- every product in our line is handmade in small batches to guarantee fresh and premium quality products made with love. While it is our greatest hope that you truly LOVE every product that you purchase, we understand that everyone’s skin type and is different and resonates differently to different skincare products.

We always encourage customers to get in touch before buying for advice on choosing the right product for them, or if you had sensitive and reactive skin. We offer bespoke and personalised skincare consults- tailor made for you!

WHAT IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND?

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

We at Zoe Bee Beauty try our best to ensure all products are made to the highest quality and expect our suppliers to behave the same way. If on a rare occasion, this doesn't happen and you receive a faulty or damaged item, please tell us as soon as possible by emailing info@zoebeebeauty.co.uk including a photo. We will tell you what to do next…
