I have often spoken about the power of journaling and writing affirmations and gratitude lists. They start your day off on the right track and reprogram your brain. If you can get into the habit of doing it every day, you will notice a huge shift in your mindset and also the things you attract. To make things easier I have created a list for you to answer each day. I recommend treating yourself to a beautiful notepad to write in every day, but you can also write the notes on your phone.Β
