Free standard UK Delivery on all orders over £40

Due to circumstances out of our control, delivery can be delayed by up to 21 working days.

We use Royal Mail for UK shipping. Unless specifically requested not to, all parcels will be packaged in Zoe Bee branded paper tape. 
UK delivery in 4 - 7 working days from dispatch (estimated) except when stated otherwise on the homepage of the website, shipping information in the checkout or the order confirmation email.
All products are made to order.
Orders delivered on Monday to Saturday.
Some orders may require a signature.

Orders placed by customers will be tracked

International Orders can be charged local taxes or customs upon arrival in your country. Unfortunately we don't have control over this, but please note additional charges for international orders may occur.

For the UK, delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.

Due to the COVID:19 pandemic, there may be some countries we cannot ship to or might have to offer an increased shipping cost. We will confirm this with you before shipping your item and offer you the opportunity to cancel your order should you not be happy with the additional cost.
